1965 Catalina 2+2 - PUI Interior Issues
 

I just want to say parts unlimited or PUI interior makers promises to easy install of there PAD door panels well you can't accomplish this with the wrong mounting hardware they send you for the newer style clips and plugs well I called,emailed numerous times there going to send it out. To find out they used a company named Aveco trim which in turn does not carry the right 1/2 inch door panel nails well with a no quit attitude I got in touch with a company restoration specialists sent them a picture of my old door panels with the old hardware got it 2 days later so hopefully someone doesn't get the run around like I did!

Well pui sent me hardware I got the right #3617 door plugs but,I got the wrong length nail pads they sent me 3/4 inch when the application calls for 1/2 inch which they could order through restorations specialties #7702 part no. which is not in the catalog yet I was told by Jeff the cost is $.90 each for the nail pads ph# 1-814-467-9842 someone should give pui the information needed so they can get it right!
