complete 62 389 "E" engine
Rebuildable (may be usable as-is) Code 20L (230hp, 8.6:1 CR) 389 engine from a New Mexico car that was driven until I bought it.
This is a fairly uncommon engine in that the 20L-code engine uses dished pistons with an 8.6:1 compression ratio and has the small 2bbl carb (similar to those used as the center carb for pre-'66 tri-powers).
Original from top to bottom, the air cleaner still has the silkscreened "E" on the snorkel.
$600 from air cleaner to oil pan.
