Can you change the Hood. Tach internals to a painted cover?
 

Hi guys, well my Tach did work prior to painting but not now, I have power going to the tach, a good ground and the right size wire for the tach lights hooked up but the tach won't work. Can I buy an aftermarket tach and switch it out to my painted cover? Any illustrations, I've searched but can't find anything. thanks

P.S.I took her out for a 7 mile test run and all went well after a 1 1/2 yr restoration.

Not likely you will find anything to fit it!
