Incorrect base plate and air horn. This seller certainly doesn't mind cheating people. I believe he is one of our members too.

The selling price is pretty reasonable despite the wrong components. A complete/correct restored 7027263 will bring over 3 times what that one did. Those carburetors are getting very difficult to obtain, at least in good enough shape to restore. The early Carter castings are really showing their age these days, we have had a few sent here in recent months that were not able to restore due to casting issues......Cliff

I'd hope most people caught that, but a low price blinds many.
Seems like an honest approach to a dishonest practice though.

Seller might a well come right out and say "what # would you like stamped on it?"
