Interstellar in 70mm IMAX
Went to watch it yesterday.
MAN, what amazing/beautiful/awe-inspiring visuals. We saw it at the Bullock Museum, which has (supposedly) the largest screen in Texas. We unfortunately had to sit in the second row, so WOW, the screen probably filled 80-90 degrees of my vision, but man it was impressive. I wont say anything to ruin it for anybody, but its a good movie, had some lacking to make it go over the top for me. But definitely something that you should see in a theater, and a real Imax one if possible |
They played it in the IMAX dome at the Tech Museum in San Jose, CA. Bunch of us went - and didn't like it. Movie was GREAT, but the neck strain and having to keep turning my head left to right was not fun.
I think I need to see the movie again to get anything I missed. |
Well, I did see "Intersellar", but not in IMAX. I thought the movie was really good in a very confusing sort of way. :confused13: Those who haven't seen it might want to catch up on your quantum physics before you go.

Took the family and saw it in Imax last week. Cool movie.

I really want to see it, but sitting in a a movie theater for two hours and fourty five minutes is almost impossible for me.
Movies like this are what theaters are made for. |
