Santa came early for me :D
My 1968 valance trim came back from the chrome and they turned up a treat .So now its time to install not bad for a $25 buck ebay find .
Can someone please post a pictures of the trim mounted ( underside ) also what fasteners are used .
Any tips on the install

Craig, you dog! Great find. :)

Those turned out great Craig. As I recall, they just use those stamped metal nuts used for the GTO badges and such.

I have several of these valences at home with the trim installed and can likely take a picture by this weekend of the nuts/attachment, but as Greg provides, they are a stamped metal nut holding them in place.

3/8" speed nuts I believe.

Thanks Guys
Is there nothing between the nut and the sheet metal .
Or
Does the nut distort to lock in against the valance to lock in.
