Router help needed

I have a Cisco Linksys ea4500 router but I don't remember how to access it on my computer. I did it one time and was able to get my user password and that is what I need now to set up a new smart TV.
I am running windows 7 home premium edition. I think I had XP when I last accessed the router.

looks like you'll need the setup CD or download the setup per their doc.

I have the setup CD but can't get it to run. It won't run automatically and I've done all the clicking here and there but it still won't run!

I used your link and found out that I need my account password to access my router. I can't remember it either! When I hit the forgot password link I get an e-mail directing me back to the log-in page!
Let's say I am computer challenged and leave it at that!:D

If you hold down the reset button on the router for 10 seconds it should reset to the default login of admin and password of admin

Then some setup info at:

I used my laptop tonight and all I had to do was open the internet access, right click on my connection and open the properties tab. It showed my password. I knew I had done it in the past just forgot which computer!
Anyway, thanks for the help.
