1965 gto clutch spring and linkage picture
I know i have seen a picture on this forum of a clutch linkage and spring installed on a car. will someone tell me how to find it. or has anyone got a picture? thanks

65 Z Bar to Fork spring

On the original exhaust pipe flanges there is a hole the spring goes in then back to the hole in the clutch fork . Hope this picture helps .

After seeing post from 3 deuce 64 I thought I should post this. I'm not sure whats correct.

I just had to look. My 65 MPC shows 64-66 tempest the same with the return spring around the bearing fork, not thru he hole. I also saw diagrams of big cars using the hole in the fork. "Bill"!

Interesting I just checked my 65 service manual on the 6 cylinder it show from hole to hole but on the V8 as dId shows . well mine must be wrong and so is my 64 . I just had the tranny out of that and I know it's the same way and has been ever since I've owned it almost 38 years now . Sorry about the misinformation . I'm rebuilding the WS over the winter hopefully and will correct it when I put it back together .
