Yeah, I got confirmed this morning at the $117 rate. Glad Mike posted the heads up. I called within about 30 minutes of his post and they were down to 4 rooms.

I am hoping to bring the gold car. I'll be pretty lonely though not being in the '70-73 section.

On the 77...you do need to bring it, but you won't ever do it again.

I'm in. I reserved at the on-line link www.ihg.com with the 'TAN' code. The rate is $100 + tax. Mike, make sure you send in your $10 for the Tipp City cruise. Bentwheel, I wonder who's gonna buy this year :confused:.

I might Craig, Its kinda hard to install the trans and motor by yourself without creating other issues. Maybe I can get you and SuperdutyD to travel up for along weekend? Will talk once I get this ready and see were you are at. Appreciate the offer and remember the doors always open.

After seeing Bob's post about only two rooms left last night, I called the hotel right away and got two rooms! I asked the lady I talked to about room availability, and she confirmed that there were not many left. It sounded like there were rooms with two double beds still available.

I plan on bringing the black 79 TA this year, so I can keep you company Bob!

Good question Doug. Given the thoughfulness and generosity of the Great Lake contingent I am sure they will let us discuss in private which night you get stuck with the check and which night I do. :rolleyes:

I want to thank Bob and Doug for picking me up when my cc was denied.

When do you get the engine?

Not sure, I know its at Scotts for paint and then off for dyno testing... I'll call Dan and expedite so we can pencil something in. Appreciate the offer to help and will be happy to make it a stay you wont forget.
