Yesterday I received an order from Ames but when I opened the order and inspected all the pieces one piece was scratched. This morning I called and talked to Jim who asked for a picture which I sent him. Within minutes he had a great solution to the problem and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Big Jim and Ames!!!
