Width of radiator opening in 68-9 GTO/Lemans core support
 

I am modifying my radiator support from its original 6 cyl to accept a radiator for the 400 I am replacing it with. Can someone tell me what that the width of the opening is in the core support so I can open mine up accordingly.

May be wrong but I seem to remember the rad widths being the same, only the number of cores changing. The depth of the tanks were also the same for all available sizes (1-4 cores) so you shouldn't have to change anything.
