Wipers were working now just stopped???

Have a 66 GTO. Turned on the wipers and pump and both worked fine. Turned them on again and now I can't get anything to work. Changed the fuse and I have power to the switch and all the connectors to the wiper motor. I tried a different switch same results. When I press the washer button I get a click in the pump housing. Any ideas??
