Looking for a red with air gto or lemans or judge going to build a clone if I can't find one thanks

I am parting a 72 Lemans body and frame good base to start, non a/c car Clean car

looking at a car today for the engine. Car is a '70 LeMans Sport with buckets, console, guages and has a 3-speed manual floor shift. Supposedly has a '66 GTO engine but all I can tell from the pix is that it shows what appears to be a RA IV intake. Guy could tell me NOTHING about the car except that it belongs to his son and he was offered $3,500 for the engine alone but didn't want to separate. Only wants $4,000 for the car so I doubt he is negotiable. I'm just going to find out exactly what the motor is. Hate to miss a WW block or something! He says car has been on the drag strip. Has a decent set of Rally II's so I can almost see the $4k in parts. I believe it also comes with a 12-bolt rear that is not installed. Where are you located?
