Wow! Didn't know you could get buckets and a console in a wagon in something of that vintage. Nice looking wagon!

This is a neat car and was run on ebay back in April with a lot of picture's showing all the rust issues by the previous owner. There is a thread on here about it! Maybe someone can post the link to it?

Looks cool but hiding some issues Lyn?

carguy66cars 11-08-2015 10:54 AM

Yeah Chris, it has some rust problems, but not to many like this one out there! Would be expensive to find doors to fix it right and who knows what the rest of the car is like? Previous owner mentioned the window post being patched, not sure that sounds so good?

Yessir - thought that looked familiar. Not often seen these days...one like that...

$9800.00 and reserve not met? I think I would have taken the cash on that one.

carguy66cars 11-23-2015 03:55 PM

Yeah, and run!!! Not sure what he has in it, but really doesn't matter that was all the money!

I think about half of that & the car should have sold. It has a lot of rust in a lot of different areas & that tells me it's a car that has a LOT of hidden rust to. It seems it's been repaired over the years & the spots have been KINDA taken care of but not in the way it really should have been but just to keep it looking good so they can drive the car. 5K & then tackle all the places it has rust & i think you'll be surprised at how much you find when you get all the paint off the car.

Personal opinion here: I don't care about all of the "Nay Sayers", i agree with the OP "cool Pontiac" as, when was the last time you saw one of these at a car show, for sale, on the road?

Exactly.

I say GLWTS and if you don't like it keep it to yourself...it IS a "real" Pontiac A-Body after all, so give credit where credit is due...

Look at all of the lesser piles of rust resurrected vehicles...:nerd:
