New AutoTec/RaceTec Custom Forged 421 Pistons (pics)
 

New set of eight AutoTec/RaceTec custom forged pistons, complete with pins, spirolocks and rings. Selling because my standard bore 421 block wouldn't clean up at 4.120", due to a ridge reamer being misused during a previous rebuild.

23cc D-shaped dish 4.120" bore size , .980" diameter pins, 1.575" compression height, 1.5/1.5/3.0 mm rings.

For you guys wanting to build a 421 with a minimal overbore (+.027) and still keep the original high-compression heads these are the pistons you want. Compression ratio will be near 9.3:1. There are really no off-the-shelf forged pistons available for the 421, so a custom order is the only way to get them.

Also a good piston for a 389 block with a 4" stroker crank, bored .057" over. A nice stealthy way to add cubes to your GTO 389 and still retain the original heads for pump gas use, again compression will be about 9.3:1.
