I am also looking for an EGR back pressure valve for my GP. It has an auto trans. I see that this is an old thread but anything for sale?

nUcLeArEnVoY. I just need it to function! I'm not doing a full resto. I'll look into a new EGR valve. Thank you for the info.

Will need a tiny tack weld to re-attach tube but came off a running car

I have one of these and it had what looked like JB weld on it, I tried doing same again but would stick and pressure blew it off.
Mine is a 1976 and looks different than the ones above I also see one on eBay and looks like it has some kind of plate in a revised design. I have a fluxcore gas less welder has anyone tack welded these or will it damage? Did they come brazed? Appreciate any help |
Try the guy in California. He has, use Amex just in case, he’s sleazy.
Why you want to use an egg, get rid of it. |

Picked this up, it’s so nice I’m keeping it , all og, too heavy to ship anyway. Even had the choke shield.

Anyone else know how to repair what Calidude has as I have similar.
Brazing or welding? Will that hurt it or how were these attached??? Someone is selling one for loads of cash on eBay at $275 that seems way high |
That’s not loads, these parts aren’t cheap.
