Neat car. Fairly priced or overpriced?

If interested as a buyer I would have lots of questions, but taking it on face value I say fairly priced.

Doesn't say it's been restored and apparently it might be a northern car, some undercarriage inspection should be done and a few things in the engine compartment are off....windshield washer reservoir on wrong side, PCV valve in wrong place, color combo hurts it a little .. But all in all price not too far off the mark if it is actually an original HO car, PHS docs would show this. Appears to have PS and power drum brakes.. They only made 1591 HO convertibles in 1967.

There are a few minor things that separate that from a show car, Dash looks to have been recovered somehow.. etc. Other things that 67HO noted. But what you can see looks really nice. I am thinking it is either an older restoration or very clean original.. Nice car! Fairly priced in my opinion maybe 52,000 - 55,000

Hi Alex, can you tell me where you sourced the production data? I also have a '67 HO convertible and am curious if there is any data on HO convertibles with the 3-speed Dearborn trans.

Hi 70L34, I found it in a reference book I have and I communicated with a guy at the GM Heritage Center. He did send me some info on the HO and Ram Air cars. Basically they didn't break out the numbers between auto and manual HO cars only the Ram Air cars were broke out based on transmissions. I'll post it when I dig it out, but the other book was the GTOAA GTO/GT-37 Illustrated Identification Guide.

Even more limited, I'd love to know the stats on California emissions specific H/O 4 speed convertibles. I know of a nicely optioned survivor that's been stored inside for more than 30 years. My gut tells me one of less than 10.

Nice clean HO 4-speed Goat convertible, and a pretty one - neat! Doesn't appear to have many options, none listed anyway. Hope we'll see what it sells for.

Glad to have the 1591 HO convertible count from 67HOGOAT. I too have a '67 HO convertible. It's a A.I.R. car, with the TH400. Like 400 4SPD, I would be curious to know the numbers on HO convertibles with California emissions.

I have a friend with a '67 HO engine with all the CA emissions intact. Engine is complete, running, all original, and never been apart. From it's exhaust manifolds to the air cleaner. Came out of a '67 Firebird. YZ code. It's the 'spare' for his garden-variety '67 GTO if he ever blows it up. Really neat piece to look at. And yeah, the CA AIR stuff is hard to find these days.....especially the '66 Tripower stuff.

What is the wire(?) going thru the firewall at the heater box? I thought the hole wasn't used on anything but cars with air and was blocked off with a grommet.

P.S. The car looks "messy" with whatever the white stuff around the hole is.

Off hand I'd say it's the wire to blower motor.
