Vin decode

HI guys, looking at a 1979 firebird, car is a roller/project.

Can anyone give me a little info on the vin # 2U87K9N 1729xx
I couldn't get the hood up to get trim tag info.

Looks like a Norwood built 403 Formula if I looked at it right...
