1963 421 Super Duty dual quad setup
 

This was just completed for someone in Pennsylvania. It will be going on a 421 cubic inch engine and is calibrated with .092 primary and .070 secondary jets, and .051x.061 metering rods. The carburetors were cloned off of 3012 348 Chevys. One picture shows the carbs being flow tested on my 389 test stand engine.

Thanks Tony. Yes that is an 9770859 intake which is a '63 and is really the only difference between the '63 setup and the '62, which used a 542991 intake.. We are fine down here. Making progress on the house after the flood last summer. My shop is still a disaster but straightened up enough for me to be able to get back at the carbs a little. It has been a cold winter (for us) and I'm looking forward to March.

Beautiful eye candy. Nothing looks better than opening the hood of a 62-63 Pontiac and seeing that set-up staring you in the face. That's what taking a gun to a pocket knife fight looks like!.

I have that same set up on my 62 Catalina. Using the same carbs.

This is the before picture when i got the car . I have sence had everything rebuilt.
