Please help identify this GTO front valance, is it stock or aftermarket??

I just bought a 1970 GTO, and it had a 1969 GTO (I think) front valance in the trunk
It has a stamp that reads 3A 7 79 Is this stock or aftermarket?

That number does seem to follow a pattern I have seen on OEM body panels. Tough to say, I'm sure someone will chime in soon.

My friend has a 1969 GTO and he has a set of numbers like this stamped in his valance. Also, reproductions don't stamp numbers on parts? I think it is original equipment because it is pretty heavy duty metal. But would like to know for sure. Hopefully an expert can chime in. Thanks for the help
