Great numbers for a ( as described) bracket motor! Clearly not max effort but great numbers... that motor will live with very little maintenance....check lash and go...
Sweet. Thats a nice back up.
Nice numbers aaron!! Who ported the hi Ports?
Nice Aaron.
Some additional details to help others. Hi Ports are out of the box from KRE 64cc heads. KRE has a 380cfm CNC program. Victor intake was port matched to the head. Wiseco 4.365" gas port pistons. 4.5" forged crank. Callies Ultra Rods. 7/16" tapered pushrods. Milodon 30355 pan & Melling 60psi pump. Motor made 860hp on Sunoco Supreme 112. 884hp on VP Q16.

Nice!
Bill makes some good engine combos. :) |
> 1.5 HP/CID is looking real good
That will find a weak link behind it. Hope it gives you a long trouble free life
Good job!
Can someone please explain how Q16 makes more power then Sunoco 112? What if any changes need to be made to the carburetor?
Quote:
Q16 is oxygenated- it contains more oxygen per unit than "normal" gasoline. The extra oxygen allows you to burn more fuel, so need to increase volume. |
Thank you.
Nice combo.
Awesome!! Congrats.
What was done to the Victor?
Victor was port matched to the heads and plenum cleaned up. Super Sucker 2" 4 hole space was worth 12 hp.
Thanks man.
