Selling my 69 GP

Sorry to put my 69 Grand Prix up for sale. Health dictates decision.
It listed in the Peformance items for sale. Asking $15K turn key with spare parts.
Any questions please PM me here or on Face Book. It’s listed on Face Book too.
It’s not as heavy as it looks. Weighed in at 3,163 lbs. wouldn’t take much to get to 3,000 lbs.

Wow, Nice car and good price! Sorry to hear about the health reasons hope it gets figured out soon!

Sorry about your health. Looks like a nice setup. Post many more pictures of the car which should help it sell itself - hopefully someone here picks it up. I know some people hate craigslist, but if you limit to phone calls only it usually helps deter scammers and tire kickers. Good Luck.

2 questions

1) How does a car with "487 horse" go low 9's?

2) Isn't this thread in the wrong place for a "For Sale" ad?

With that said, the car itself appears to be well built but the numbers just don't add up.

That was with the large motor. Troy won't try to mislead people. I don't know his health problems now but he may have more important things. Been a good friend many years.

Okay, now it makes sense. That's a hell of a lot of boat that takes a hell of a lot of power to go low 9's.

I also just noticed the "535" in his signature.

@ under 3200lbs is pretty light for what it is. I like it.

bpenrod 04-28-2019 09:00 AM

Troy, hope your health gets better and good luck with the sale.

Bump....
Car ran 11.30-11.40's off trailer with pump gas combo prior to EFI change over.
Should run better with the EFI with some tuning. I am looking for low 11's - high 10's.
PM for any questions.
