Distributor Hold Down/Bolt Finish
 

What was the original factory finish on:

1) Distributor hold-down bracket?
2) Bolt & washer?

- Inline Tube sells a black phosphate bracket & silver zinc bolt/washer.
- Some say bare metal, painted engine color
- Some say silver zinc plated
- Some say silver cadmium or silver phosphate

Since Distributor was installed at engine assembly plant before paint, it would make sense that the base of the Distributor, hold-down bracket and bolt would have at least had some engine color over spray on it.

Original parts I've seen: dull silver finish on bracket, black phosphate on bolt/washer.
(with some engine blue over spray on both)

Anyone have pix showing original finish on these parts?
