Hi- any ideas on a code: “FO 4”

It’s an old radiator that was in my ‘68 GTO but nothing at all appeared to be original at all so I doubt that helps.

The “4” is smaller and spaced over a bit from the FO.

Not a big deal, just hate to scrap something somebody might actually be looking for. Thx.

Cleaning coolant sytem
 

Can anyone give me ideas on how to clean my cooling system? I’m looking to do this with the radiator not being in the car. I don’t want it getting clogged. The reason I am doing this is that there is rust in fluid. Thanks Tom
