How to fix Vacuum harness lines undeer dash

The issue, when the dash was replaced, the Body guy broke my Vacuum line from the Controls line going to the Cowl fresh air vent. It is the Brown Vacuum line. In the attached screenshot, it broke after the Tee connection, and past the grommet in the firewall.

Is there anyone who has fixed this type of break? These are very small diameter lines. I was thinking I could maybe square the break, and then use small shrink wrap to seal the 2 lines. I am also wondering if anyone has seen a small connector that could bridge this gap as well. Once gain very small ID on these lines

Maybe something like this. Made to join tubing. This one is just a sample I looked up, since I don't know what Ø your tubing is:

I have used vacuum hose many times to fix broken plastic lines.

Yes washer fluid hose is a good fit to slip over the plastic lines and make a nice repair. Put a little O-ring grease on the plastic line and the rubber hose will slide right over it.
