Posting this here for brevity.
White with blue interior.

This is one of the cleanest survivors (2nd Gen) I've seen for sale in quite a long while. Listed in Houston but one of the photos shows a Washington state registration. I'm guessing that's why the interior is so nice.

Quite a few options but it doesn't have the right-hand remote mirror that my GA had.

Yep, last craigslist ad I placed in Albuquerque, got that same response - "Ill send a six digit number to make sure you are real". WTF is that?!? Assuming beginning of some phishing scheme. Chewed the guy out, but didn't use any four letter words!

That is a highly optioned Grand Am, especially for a 78. That powder blue interior plastic is the worst for chalking and flaking. This interior is pretty fadded, but the plastic actually looks pretty good.
Teaser on the engine bay shot, I just can't tell if it has an aluminum radiator support or not. I've noticed the 78 Grand Am seemed to have them more than others.

Must be fast? Judging by the driver's seat...

They were all fast...with 135 HP how could it not be?

Not to brag but I have a 78 GA with 43000 original miles. It's red and silver. Lived it's life in the garage. Took 20 years of knowing before I was able to buy it. It had set over 20 years. It is extremely clean and solid. Not sure how to post pics yet. Anyone else have any 78-80 Grand Am?

I've had a few. You in Iowa?

I too have a 78 Grand Am in Roman Red over Platinum Silver. However, mine is not a low mileage survivor. Before I bought the car in 2002, it had been driven back and forth across the country 5 or 6 times. I rebuilt the car with some upgrades. I replaced the original 301/TH200/ 2.29:1 gears with a 400/TH350/ 3.08 gears. The 400-4v is out of a 76 Trans Am. Other than that, the car appears stock.
