Crower 72827-16 aluminum rockers
 

I know the stainless rockers are high quality. How are the aluminum? From what I have seen, most just stick with stamped for low end builds or buy high quality Harland Sharps. How do these compare?

Before I would go for cheap rollers that can and do fail and dump shrapnel your motor, I would install new stamped steel factory types in a heart beat!
Just confirm that the slot is long enough for your amount of lift and then save up for Sharp’s or stainless steel rollers.

The only time I have seen factory stamped steel rockers ware badly at there nose is when used valves have been shortened and left with a course finish, or when naturally the geometry is off by a good amount.

Super stock racers use stamped ones with no issues with far more spring pressure then you will likely be running!

Crower and Harland Sharp are the only 2 I'll use. Primarily Crower on all builds but if I'm forced to use aluminum Harland Sharp is all I'll consider.

Everything else Crower makes is good quality, so I would ASSUME that their rockers are good, too. But, that's just an assumption...

FWIW.... Crower has discontinued their Pontiac aluminum roller rocker arms.

They are on clearance on the Crower site.

The Crower aluminum BBC are kind of bulky compared to their SS rockers.
