Can anyone tell me what is intended to go here? Wanting to hang the drivers fender and this fastener/hold will no longer be accessible. I've reviewed shop manual and paged through the assembly manual but have not figured it out.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...9995370e47.jpg

Yes, although I cannot say that the faster pictured is accurate. Appears I am missing that tab.
