Is there such a thing? It looks like '73 might be the same but I am not having any luck finding one.

You will need to purchase the original yardage from SMS Auto Fabrics, and have a competent upholsterer make the covers from that yardage using your original medallions and other hardware. I had to do that with my 1976 LeMans police car. Cost with material and labor was about $2k.

I had to do the same for the front seats of my 74 Grand Am. AMES sells a kit, but it is not correct. I think it is for the standard Grand PRIX seats, that looks very similar but doesn't recline of have the lumbar support.
