Nearly ten grand just in wheels and carburetor. Looks to be in really nice survivor condition, shame the engine rebuilder didn't find the right color paint!

Sold for $49,800.

Looks like “ someone” scored a nice car.

unruhjonny 05-10-2022 03:40 PM

it looked like a really cool car to me.
Unless I missed something all the important stuff was there, and although the trunk floor was back, the underside of the floor made it look really good.
I was surprised (considering the "patina") that the front corners of hte dash weren't rotten - at least the late added pictures made it look solid.

The only scratch my head moments on that car were:
1 - missing secondary linkage on carb
2 - big indentation on drivers side floor

Looks like a great car to start out with but that's an expensive start.

That car seems (I didn’t really go over everything) to have a lot of its original parts and that stuff is a
Pain in the ass to chase. Bodywork and interior is the easier part
Personally think it’s a pretty good car I don’t know those cars that well to know how it stacks up options wise or rarity .

Looks like the vacuum pulloff is missing entirely, along with the linkage to the air doors.
