72 Trans Am door hinge replacement

Both doors are sagging badly and don't line up well. Upon inspection the pins and bushings are worn and hollowed out, and the detent roller is also worn out.

I plan on replacing the hinges. Can it be done with the doors and fenders still on the car? If I do them one hinge at time, will that work?

Doing it with the fenders on the car will be a real challenge. Much easier done with the fender out of the way, and certainly best to swap out one at a time.

I removed and rebuilt the driver side hinges on my 70 TA several years ago without removing the door or fender. I fabricated a door jig that worked with my floor jack. You must be careful and slow but it can be done
good luck
