SPAM hit yesterday...
 

I work 2:00pm to 10:30pm PST so login late. We got hit with a few random SPAM posts. Why does it take 60 seconds between reports? Who are these goons?

They've been banned and their threads deleted. I'm not sure of the reason behind the 60 second delay between reports, but assume it's to discourage people from maliciously reporting legitimate posts. No one knows who they are, but they're relentless - we ban a lot more of them than you ever see every single day. It's really not worth expending brain power to think about them...just report them and move on, we'll get to them as soon as we can.
