MSD Billet advance stop bushing info largest is 18 degree any size info to make 16 14 12 10 bushings ? In need of the sizes to make them.

Chrisp: The only thing that comes to mind that won't cost you hardly anything, is go buy yourself a nylon washer set or pickup some small nylon washers. Stack them on a 10/32 bolt. (I'm not sure of bolt that holes bushings)Put the bolt in a drill and use a sand cloth or small file and make a set that gets where you want to be. Install them in the distributor. This should get you close to what you want. Now here is a little trick I learned to have the advance move at idle or lets says 1000 rpm. Remove the springs so the advance moves out without revving the engine.
The couple of sets that I made were to get my timing set to 34 degs. I set initial at 17 degs and the bushing gave me another 17 degs. You maybe able to find some small washers that will assist you in sizing. Either way your gonna have to get inventive.

Also, here is the info from MSD website telling you approx how much timing these bushing give you. You could measure the smallest to largest , record the sizes and that will give you an idea of measurements for that particular timing. Seeing that your after a larger bushing you should be able to make one that will get you in the ball park. Hope this makes sense.

If you can weld then another way to go it’s to close up the end of the advance slot so you get like 14 degrees with the black bushing and then grind or file the weld back to get what your looking for.

Time consuming yes, but to me far more durable then a nylon bushing if you can’t lath up what you need!

My bad, Nylon bushings are just for mock up. Definitely steel when done.

I know I have purchased larger advance bushings in the past. I know once you got to a certain size they had flat spots milled on them to fit in the slot.
