1962 full-size top switch wiring

All the wires that attach to the friction pins go back to the pump so I presume I need a single wire that goes from the starter solenoid to the switch. What isn’t clear to me is where the +12v wire actually goes on the switch.

webfoot.....the center pin should be the hot feed. The end pins go to the pump. One for up, and one for down. Ground is at the pump. Those switches are hard to find. You should consider using relays for the full amperage to the pump, rather than through the switch......John

Ok, good info. The harness has 3 holes and covers all the pins, how do I connect the 12v feed to it?

Is there supposed to be a circuit breaker above the drivers kick panel supplying power to this or is that an impala only deal?

Made a mistake, thought the center wire was tan and can now see after disassembling the switch it’s a black wire which I had grounded to the firewall. Works perfectly now.
