Finishing up dash project but unsure what/where these wires belong. Thanks

I'm pretty sure the first of those go to your HVAC control. In fact. There is a spot on your control head that has four prongs together. The 3 wire plug goes on three of those and then that left over prong with the double gray wires I'm pretty sure goes on the 4th one.
I'm not sure what the red plug is.

Thanks Greg. The double wire into connector is actually brown not gray though it does appear so. The red connector has a brown wire and comes out of the harness along with the power (orange wire) for the clock and gray wire for clock lights.
The bottom of the ac control switch panel shows two spade connectors (shown in the pic) but I have no wires or connectors for that. The schematics I find don’t clarify what goes where. I’m thinking from the schematic that those two spades connectors at the bottom are for the ac compressor clutch?
I should have wrung out all the terminals on that dash ac control before I put the whole shebang together.

I never found a purpose for the red one either.

The control head has two separate locations for plugs correct? The larger one, and then a double connector that goes to a reed switch pointing toward the front of the car? I'll attempt to get a photo tonight ... but I have most of the lower ducts on so not sure.

There's actually three. The 4 prong, a 2 prong with the blades next to each other horizontally then another with the blades stacked vertically.
I can't see much looking under the dash and l can't find my HVAC prints.

Greg is that an AC controller? Looks slightly different I think. Been looking at mine upside down under the dash so maybe it is.
Lots of parts needed (or a good old school AC guy) to get my system functioning again. All the components except compressor and engine brackets are there (condenser, firewall cases etc, pulleys, etc). Was looking at Vintage Air sure fit setup to replace factory. As my mom used to say “we’ll see”.

It is an AC controller.
If this helps any the four prong switch is attached to the center lever and is for fan power and speed.
The the two pronged switch where the prongs are vertically stacked appear to only be activated when the function selector lever is moved all the way down to the off position (lt seems to share the off labeling with the fan switch)
The two pronged switch on which the blades are side by side are activated by the position of the right hand selector lever, which also controls vacuum through that manifold deal.
The left hand lever does not attach to any electrical switches but controls the cable to the heat door.
I'll look for my hvac manual if no one has one. It should show the wire colors. It's only about two pages.

I found the print. I thought there was a HVAC manual but it's actually included in that "1968 GTO Wiring Diagram Manual" available on eBay.

The 68 Diagnostic manual has a ton of stuff on AC if you have one.

Curious what the AC wiring harness includes? Just under dash or the engine side too. I’m definitely missing some connectors/wires and wire schematic colors don’t correlate to what I have. Thanks guys.

I deleted mine so long ago I can't remember...

Jeez, I just installed an AC harness and I can't remember that well. I know it had new connections to the control head because my old one was melted, and I know it had new wires to the blower motor because the old one was trashed. So I'm going to stay it has both inside and under hood wiring. Not that expensive either. Pretty sure includes both the typically melted blower motor plugs ... control head side and suitcase side ... so it would have to go from under dash to under hood.

The AC compressor wiring is included in the engine harness if you order one with the AC option. I don't remember if the connection to the temperature sensor on the cowl was part of the engine harness or the AC harness.
