Rear spoiler mounting nuts
 

Can some one tell me the Size of the rear spoiler attaching nuts does 1/4-20 sound right….Chris

Yes, 1/4" -20 nuts with loose washers. Larger for main body #4801719, small washers for each end where no clearance #4821092, plus the sealing washers #7583551, only came in large. Repro parts pic below.

the original ones had a washer attached to the nut that could freely rotate - not a flared bottom on the nut.

That might be year specific. The later years definitely had pic style with teeth on washer edges.

Took some pics. These are the only type I've seen, these are all replated original GM. Are you saying the early years were different?

unless I am mistaken, those are all different than the ones pictured in post #2;
those all have the attached washers.
The picture i post two appeared to show flared nuts.

Aah I understand what you are saying, dodgy ad pics with cut n paste multiples.

Both pics are of the same type of nut. They are KepsNuts.

That may very well be the case.

My interpretation of the picture attached to post #2 was that those (stated reproduction) nuts didn't look like the correct ones;
I didn't interpret that picture as them being two-piece nuts.

If I am wrong, I apologize.
