69 tail harness
 

So my tail harness is in bad shape and threw away the bulb section years ago.

My question is, is it one piece from dash connector to the sockets or is there another connection between dash and sockets ?

installed dash and wired up my 69' this past weekend ...

harness is one piece from under dash to rear bulbs tho there is a terminal to recieve interior cabin light harness, in the trunk (more towards package tray area)

On my 69 Lemans Convertible there is a separate connector in the trunk area. Wonder if a Lemans/convertible is different. See photo, looks like an original harness. But the American Autowire Classic update harness I'm working on installing doesn't appear to have this connector, just straight wires.

ah .. my tail light harness (original) was laid in place awhile back and it's possible I I haven't looked carefully enough where it exits body into trunk.

fwiw I'll look more carefully tomorrow.

My 69 GTO convertible has a plug in connector for all the wires located near the left trunk hinge,so the tail lamp harness is separate from the ribbon harness under the carpet. All the harnesses in my car are original.
