Website format preference

I prefer to use the PY Online 2015 format. Every time I change a page it reverts back to the Responsive 2017 format. How do I change my settings so that my page stays in the 2015 format? I am logged in. Thanks

There are a myriad of buggy problems with the forums right now, this may be something you can't fix until they are dealt with.
