What t/o bearing should be used? Thx

I would contact Centerforce and let them know what clutch and pressure plate you have and what car this is for and they should be able to tell which throwout bearing should be used.

If using on a traditional Pontiac engine, I would use a throwout bearing for setup which should be your typical GM throwout bearing.
