65 Tempest Custom Carpet Color Question
 

I have a 65 Tempest Custom 4 door, the PHS says its teal turquoise with a turquoise interior. The car has what looks to be the original carpet and it's black, is that correct? What color should a turquoise interior come with?

My 65 GTO is teal turquoise with turquoise interior. Here's a pic of the carpet. It's an unrestored original car.

Should be turquoise carpet - Not sure black was even offered in the Tempest Custom series?

My 65 Lemans is Reef Turquoise (guessing same color your referring too) Aqua interior … carpet is light or med Aqua …

Reef Turquoise is lighter than Teal Turquoise (called Marina Turquoise in 1966), but your interior color is the same as his. Based on all the answers here, we're going to go with aqua carpet.
