78 Trans Am Shaker Scoop and 3" Intake Pipe Combo
 

Hello All,

I see there was a thread below asking about some options when it comes to running a shaker scoop in combination with a 3" intake pipe coming from a Procharger. However, the last thread is very old at this point and hopefully someone has made some development in the last few years with this design. Supercharging 2nd gen Fbodies is becoming more common in projects, so hopefully someone can point me to a more turn-key solution.

I'm planning on running a Northwind intake with a super sniper throttle body. My hope is that there is a shaker scoop and drop base combo that would allow for some carb hat to fit and work with a 3" intake. I have already emailed Mark at Luhn performance asking for help, but looking for additional assistance if more info is available.

Not sure of there are any pictures of the old HO Racing turbo kit. I want to think I remember one with a TA Shaker on it. My old Catalog just has an engine shot with the Shaker beside the hat. they were on some of the Turbo Macho TA's from mecham in AZ.
