Anything from Norwalk good or bad?

Hard to believe nobody has posted anything. Had a few people send me some pics. Turnout looked good.

I'm keeping an eye open for updates too.

Chris Shenuk broke into the sixes.

Jeff Kauffman debuted his new dragster with the new hemi-headed engine. Starting over with a totally new tuneup with no plans to make a full run. Initial hits looked promising.

Ummmm....it's Tyler at the wheel. Chris and his wife did a superb job of lining him up in the optimum tracks. Some of the other promising cars could benefit from that precision.

Correct..... Chris isn't driving much anymore. His low six second promod needs some exercise. Carrie always does a stellar job along with the rest of the crew.

Tyler made 2 runs that were almost identical. An earlier run on Friday was about a tenth off. That car was hooked-up and smooth and sounded great. Smooth and reliable. Very impressive.

Agree, a few weeks ago they were running in legal Nostalgia Pro Stock form racing in a heads up power adder class and made it to the final round. They lost to a supercharged BAE Hemi Super Bird.

Here's a link to that final

It was my first time back in more years than I care to admit. I was blown away, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and better. The swap meet was huge. The race side was full. Cars everywhere. It was awesome.

The fact that I was able to buy a full matching set of 14x6 JK plain steel wheels in great shape for my 66 GTO for $60 is a bonus!

Thanks John! Yes, had a pretty good weekend winning Sunday’s Pro class. Then in the runoff of all the class winners I beat the Saturday’s Pro class winner Rob Barhorst, then beat the street class winner, Roger Miller, who was a previous Chief of the Pontiacs winner, then ran and beat the S/pro winner and 2023 Chief of the Pontiacs winner Ron Baisden. We had a great time and the weather was perfect all weekend. This was the final run for Chief.
