The old Stage 1,2 & 3 deal.

Interesting, I've seen the specs for the World's Fastest NA Pontiac, turbo charged Pontiac and supercharged Buick and none of them were close to the specs on that link..... Things that make you go hmmm.

Thanks for posting

Yep.

112 sep at 112 icl is “straight up “. 108 would be 4 degrees advanced.

It makes more sense if you replace "for" with "if". Whichever cam you get, install it 4 degrees advanced.

In the For 110 Lobe Sep.- Install Int. Lobe CL to 106 example, the 110 Lobe Sep. is the Lobe Separation Angle (LSA).
This is angle between the Intake lobe and the Exhaust lobe. (not changeable)

The Install Intake Lobe CL is the Intake Lobe center installed at 106º. (for 110º it would be Int & Exh both at 110º)
This can be changed. But it also has the Exhaust Lobe 110º separated from the Intake Lobe still, but the Exhaust Center line will be different due to the whole camshaft being advanced.
