I saw this picture of a plastic bumperette replacement on a website a few years ago. I want to say it was Texas Trans Ams?
You may want to give them a call and see if it was them that had the part.

Good luck with your search!

If you have a Facebook account, contact John at Second Gen Graveyard. He was having some made, but I don't know material or current cost. You can also contact him at his website. https://www.secondgengraveyard.com/

It's been a long time since I looked closely, but I think the 1974s were made into the bumper and the 1975s were bolt on. I have a 1974 Trans Am I bought close to 30 years ago. One of the bumperettes was damaged when I bought it, so I bought a pair of replacements from GM. When I went to replace them, I found the ones on my 1974 weren't bolted on. I guess I could remove the rubber from the originals and bolt the replacements on.
