need specs? Crane CC-290 29691 solid lifter cam

I have this solid mechanical lifter cam, have a rough idea what it is, but not exactly.
box says:
Crane CC-290
with Crane part # 284691
(see pic attached below)
cam is stamped CC-290 on front face as well.
does anyone have an old Crane catalog that has it listed ?
I've found listings for BBC, SBC using the -4691 suffix, but they differ for every engine.
It's a used cam. I can measure .313" intake lobe lift, .329" exhaust lobe lift,
that would be .470" intake lift, .494" exhaust lift, with zero lash.
I'm assuming it's 290 degrees duration seat to seat, but may be slightly more.
it has a little wear on it, on the tips of lobes. but not a lot. good usable cam yet.
please post if you can, thanks.

LOL. That is the same cam I just mentioned in the Howard thread that was symmetrical. I have have a lot of measurements for that profile.

I believe that was the forerunner to the cam Paul listed. The next series was a couple degrees bigger with a little more intensity over the nose. I’ve had this in several engines. This is from the intake. Looked like new yet, and I know it had a second set of lifters broken in on it. Probably had 7000 miles on it a 600 1/4 mile passes. Tough cam.

That cam has some huge lash ramps. Reminds me of the Chevy 30 30 cam.

this Crane is on a relatively wide LSA 112 degrees, more like the stock GM Pontiac cams, RA III, RA IV, RA V.
whereas today most everything new is cut on a 110 LSA or tighter.
