1971 TransAm – Firebird conversion.
This is my 1971 Firebird I have converted to a TransAm. I wanted to build a car fast and loud without the concerns of converting a classic original Trans am to a Race/Street Car and drive the fastest street car I can with running 93 octane. There have been many hours spent on the Transformation with multiple receipts that will come with the car. Engine – Drive train. Built by American Motorsports in Orlando. Less than 200 miles on A stroked 455 to 497 cubic inches. Engine build sheet can be provided the engine alone was $18,000 and the dynos with 557 horsepower and 647 ft. lbs of torque. The Turbo 400 Transmission is built to sustain 1,000 hp. The rear is a Currie 9in with 389 gears with high HP custom driveshaft. Body: Solid car with a nice paint job and minimal body work professionally done: Fiberglass hood and spoilers and the rest of the car is metal. Full roll cage for safety. Tubbed rear end with beautiful rims and tires. Interior: has custom race seats, belts and beautiful gauges with a 2000 watt stereo system and even a backup camera (Nice to activate when your leaving someone in the dust) For additional details please email me and I will provide. It would literally take 20 pages to complete the build design for this car. $50,000 |
