'66 Catalina accelerator shaft bushings needed
 

I am in need of the two bushings for the accelerator cross-shaft on my '66 Catalina. I have had zero luck finding the right size. Does anybody know where to find these?

I also need the bushing for the automatic transmission shift linkage.
