Mark, do you know the part # of the bell housing. My buddy has a cast iron one part # 9773752 and I think it's for the early Pontiacs. Let me know... Mike

Is 1959 the same? I have a cast iron bell housing, and the cast date is early 1959.

59-60 are dif from 61-62. tom

I'll have to ask my friend about that, the car it is going into is not a 62, but he has a 62 block he is interested in using.

a 62 block will have to have a 61-62 bell BUT a 63-64 will also work depending on what kind of clutch linkage he will come up with.Tom
