1968 GTO turn signal issue
 

Does the 1968 GTO front turn signal bulbs also do running lights? I have running lights on the tail end but not the front end. I did get it to work as running light but no blinking but the turn signal switch was installed backwards. I reversed polarity the switch, so it’s blinking now but no running light.

Yes they have both. Two wires, one for running lights & one for turn signal.
The base is grounded to the chassis through the housing.
