Doug's Headers 2" round port headers. Ceramic coated. Website states that they fit '70-'79 Firebirds with a 350 or 400. Also, '71-'76 Firebirds with a 455. I had them on an '81 Firebird with a 421.
Very good condition. $525 plus shipping. I am in NE Ohio. https://pertronixbrands.com/products...eramic-coating Thanks, Joe 330-518-2647 |

Thanks for your reply. I realized these will not fit my kickout pan. Nice headers and great price. Joe seems like a great person to deal with as he answered all my questions just so I could turn him down. My apologies

Ok just curious, I have a Milodon 7 qt pan with kickout and my 2" Hooker super comps fit, the canton might have a bigger kickout though?

His pan is a whole different deal (chassis). The kickout is for a scrapper so the oil has someplace to go besides back on the crank. I have the Steffs pan with kickout for a scrapper but for a factory A body. And I had to do a whole bunch of modifications to get my Mad Dog 3 piece headers to fit. |
The kickout isnt for cornering... mine is the standard 7 qt milodon pan to fit stock 2nd gen firebird chassis, the kick out is on the driver side to allow for the extra capacity, requires loosening the header to install/remove the starter but otherwise headers clear the pan... they are very nice headers but they hang down too low for my taste on a slightly lowered car so Im looking for other headers that tuck up better.

Still available. I can bring them to Norwalk if anyone wants to see them in person. Just let me know.
Thanks, Joe |
Joe, What's the collector size?
|
The collector is 9 3/4" from the weld at the tubes to the end of the flange. The inside diameter is 3.35". Let me know if you need anything else.
